We've built out a a range of automatically generated reports to track and analyze user activity on the Freeform platform.
The ShowMS home dashboard displays an overview of key performance indicators, such as Video Starts and Active Users currently on the platform. Each show and section has its own dashboard with analysis of recent Viewers, Video Starts and Minutes in Playback.
In-depth analyis is available in the Reports section of the admin, with detailed information customizable by date, location and device. The Top Content page provides stats on articles, making it clear which types of content are resonating well with the Freeform audience.
