A Title and Description are required when creating a section - the following details can be then added and edited in the CMS:
- URL Name - this is automatically generated from the Title, but can be edited if required. This informs where the section will live on Freeform.com with the format http://freeform.com/URLNAME
- Theme - ShowMS allows for different color themes to be applied to sections. The theme controls various elements of the user interface, with a default set available to match the Freeform brand guidelines as well as the ability to have a custom theme when required. Custom themes for sections have been invaluable in supporting 31 Nights of Halloween, Countdown to Christmas and 25 Days of Christmas.
- Is Active - sections can be hidden from the platform if necessary, and can be set to in-active while initial configuration is taking place.
- Shop URL- if a section has merchandise for sale via the Freeform Shop, adding a shop URL in ShowMS will display a link in the section's navigation bar.
- Include in Feedback Form - this determines whether the section is available for selection in the feedback form that handles customer enquiries.
