User accounts on ShowMS are integrated with the Disney One ID Login service. Users can add and update the following information on their account at any time:
- Password
- Name
- Phone Number
- Date of Birth
Viewing History
As users build up a viewing history, ShowMS stores and displays this information on the user account page. There, users can see exactly what they have watched so far, as well as clear their viewing history if they wish. A user's viewing history influences multiple areas of the platform, including Continue Watching and Recommendations.
MVPD Provider
ShowMS stores and associates a user's MVPD provider with their account. As long as they are logged into their account, users will be connected to their MVPD provider on that device and can therefore watch all of Freeform's gated content.
Nonstop Integration
ShowMS is integrated with Nonstop, a completely seperate loyalty platform integrated across Freeform. The user's additional information related to Nonstop is associated with their account, including all points earned and spent.
